I LOVE pomegranate seeds.
During certain times of the year my local Costco (of which I have an extremely unhealthy love relationship with) carries prepackaged pomegranate seeds that look like little boxes of sweet candy rubies. When I see them I usually jump for joy, mow down anyone/anything between me and my seeds, and immediately place them in my cart to go home to make some kind of fruit salad like this.
1 Cup canned (drained) or fresh pineapple chunks
1 Cup fresh blackberries
1/2 -3/4 Cup pomegranate seeds
1 banana cut into quarters and sliced
1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk yogurt (I can usually only find this at my health food store)
Put all the fruit in a medium sized bowl, and slowly fold in the coconut milk yogurt. Serve immediately.
Note: I made this again a day later and added chunks of ripe fresh kiwi. Divine!
