The other day I bought a watermelon and was bummed to find out that it was grainy. My smart hubby said, “Freeze it for smoothies!” I’m so glad I married a smart guy. Love you Rob!
- 2 1/2 cups frozen watermelon
- 1/2 can chunk pineapple (with 1/2 the can of juice)
- about a cup and a half of non dairy milk ( coconut milk is yummm)
- Throw all ingredients into a high speed blender and enjoy
- For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen watermelon. For a thinner, add more liquids.
